Overview
The company Nigel Wright is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading national B2B business that has been created following a joint venture between two well-established organisations. With approximately 300,000 customers and ambitious plans to grow the business, this role is based in the marketing team in Durham. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role requires a mix of strategic planning and tactical delivery skills to plan and deliver targeted campaigns and drive lead generation through a variety of online channels. Job description Devise and deliver targeted marketing communications and campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads and promote services to customers. Plan and deliver an effective content marketing and social media strategy, aimed at engaging customers. Create high-quality, compelling online and offline content and assets, managing content across social, web, events and internal channels. Own website content, ensuring copy is current, relevant and optimised for search. Monitor, analyse and report web performance, manage SEO to drive search traffic improvements and ensure plans are in place for ongoing web development. Plan and manage online lead generation campaigns (PPC/re-marketing/display advertising). Devise web landing pages, set up lead tracking, manage reporting and develop insights and analysis of activity to monitor ROI. Support planning and delivery of events hosted by or attended by the company. Person specification Marketing degree or equivalent Able to demonstrate excellent copywriting and proofing skills Able to demonstrate effective planning and delivery of multi-channel digital campaigns Able to create content strategies and produce engaging online/offline content Experienced in analysing web performance
