Responsibilities: Maximising marketing output across the business as directed by the Marketing Manager Creating and managing effective digital marketing campaigns Producing engaging marketing content and collateral Leading the process of client case study production with input from the wider commercial team Communicating and managing Analyst community engagement Producing website content; writing blog posts, news stories and video content etc. Helping to optimise lead generation campaigns and activities Working with Marketing Manager and commercial and product management teams to produce content and collateral around our product and service offerings Assisting with the planning and booking of events and exhibitions Creating and producing print media (leaflets, posters, brochures, event materials) Help target markets with various campaigns Analysing and reporting on marketing activity including web traffic, email stats and social media Taking ownership of the social media site by updating the website and social media regularly with news, pictures and other related content Assisting in the production of customer presentations Being a brand ambassador across the organisation Essential requirements: 2 years' experience in a marketing department or agency Excellent content writing skills Creative campaign and content ideas Good understanding of digital media and its use in B2B marketing Commercial/sales awareness Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients Computer literacy - in particular, Google Suite and report generation Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills High attention to detail with excellent editing and proofing ability Assertive and tactful with good stakeholder engagement skills Well developed organisational and planning skills Thrive in a busy environment A proactive approach to task management Motivated, innovative, customer-focused with a 'can-do' attitude Analytical eye and attention to detail Good understanding of design and brand assets Good fun with a sense of perspective Desirable: Experience using Hubspot marketing automation platform Experience in B2B marketing Experience and understanding of the tech/software/SaaS industry Understanding of business and the basic concepts that drive business decisions Benefits: Flexible working - core hours 10:00 - 16:00 Single private healthcare (you can add members of your family at an additional cost) Confidential Employee Assistance Programme 3% employer pension contributions 3 x annual salary life assurance Subsidised gym membership 24 days holiday, plus 1 day's annual leave gifted over the Christmas period Annual salary and discretionary performance-related bonus reviews Recruitment referral scheme Reward and recognition scheme Working from Home policy Pension contributions Discretionary enhanced company sick pay Great internal culture - work hard and play hard Supportive and driven team And more Sounds interesting?
