Senior Project Manager - Leading Healthcare Agency West London - £40,000 - £50,000 Are you a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager with previous pharma/healthcare experience? Looking for the next step withing your career? This leading and busy healthcare agency and their industry led teams based in West London. Key responsibilities as Project Manager Manage print and digital projects, including sales aids, banners, emails, brochures, and website updates Work with account teams and department heads to develop project brief details as it pertains to scope of work, timing and cost based on business, user, regulatory and functional requirements Develop, implement, and manage project plans, including timelines in project management platform (WorkFront) Assist account teams with the review of estimates and run weekly reconciliations using Vantage (finance system) to ensure the projects are running on budget Work with Resourcing Director when there is the need to use appropriate external partners Communicate project status to teams on a regular basis and maintain internal status reports Partner with Account Management to track and report project budgets Ensure scope changes are managed appropriately and that new requirements are communicated to project teams Essential skills/experience for Project Manager 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a Medical Communications, or Advertising/Marketing agency BA / BS or equivalent experience Previous healthcare/pharma experience Exposure to web development technologies, technology vendors and third-party offerings is preferred but not essential Experience with managing moderate digital projects, including banners, emails, and website updates a plus but not essential If you think you have what it takes to fill this excellent role and would love to work alongside such a brilliant healthcare agency, please do apply.
