Digital Project Manager

Attwood Perks is excited to be partnering with an industry leading digital business based in Colchester, who are now looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Project Manager to join their award-winning team on a permanent basis. As Digital Project Manager you will have solid project experience and be an advocate of Agile working. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business and change management needs and be comfortable managing and implementing multiple projects, demonstrating an ability to lead teams while getting the best out of them. It is essential that you understand the ins and outs of website development, and are well versed in managing multiple projects at any one time. Day to day responsibilities: Creating and delivering project work plans for small to medium sized digital projects Delivering web development projects using agile methodologies Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the projects Documenting technical requirements for existing and new projects based on summary requirements from clients Converting technical requirements documents into a series of features, user stories and tasks for developers to complete within sprints Scheduling and running sprint planning, review and retrospective meetings Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the projects Skills you will ideally have: Good exposure to managing a mix of projects at any one time Experience managing web-based projects Experience of producing project documentation Good experience communicating and working with third parties Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories Excellent time management skill Any other tools and processes are advantageous - JIRA, RAID, Prince 2 This role is ideally suited to an organised, decisive & creative team player who has the ability to organise teams to deliver a project on time.
