Consultant, Learning Consultant, eLearning Consultant, Strategy, Leadership Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Innovation, Learning Experience Design, Intuition, Strategy Development, Curriculum Design I am looking for 2x Learning Consultants to join a global education management firm to work with one of their biggest clients. The organisation are a truly global firm, working with some of the most renowned global brands to assist with their learning by providing consultation and assistance on a range of projects and strategies. These particular roles require someone with a minimum of 12 years experience within the industry who have a strong understanding of not only the strategic side of learning but the content creation as well. The client you'll be working with are one of the biggest brand names in the world and will be an exceptional name to have on any CV The role itself is looking at consulting on learning, projects and strategies within two different areas of the business. One of these roles will be focussed on assisting marketing and the other is towards leadership development. Both roles have similar focusses other than the area of the business that you'll be operating in. You will be suppporting the learning pathway developments, rationalisation/curriculum design as well as supplier sourcing. The learning infrastructure will need to be maintained and continuously updated and you'll be advising and coaching on how to deliver effective behaviour change in the organisation also.
