Overview
Our client is a market leading Financial Services business who are looking for an experienced Risk Leader to ensure that management of Operational Resilience is embedded effectively. Key Responsibilities: As a senior leader for Resilience Risk, develop and promote an increasingly insightful process based view of resilience related risks Ensure that resilience is not adversely affected as a result of poor planning, testing and approach during the delivery of major / strategic change programmes Enabling the business to adapt swiftly and effectively to a rapidly evolving commercial, regulatory and threat environment Support the implementation and embedding of the Resilience Risk strategy Key Skills & Experience required: Strong Risk Leader with excellent exposure to Banking Experience of building out digital propositions Excellent knowledge around Operational Resilience Strong management and leadership qualities
