Senior Social Media Executive - Luxury Haircare Salary: circa £24,000 28 Days Holiday Working with beautiful products Free hairdressing Access to events and parties around the fashion and beauty sector Fitzrovia, Central London The Requirements Minimum of 3-years’ experience in the fashion or beauty industry is essential Degree in relevant discipline Solid digital marketing expertise and a good understanding of the customer journey Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset Proven ability to implement, measure and evaluate the success of online marketing Creative go getter with the ability to work on your own initiative and great commercial acumen Adept and content creation, video editing Ability to build strong working relationships with a demanding and varied group of stakeholders The Role Content creation in various forms, including but not limited to video makeovers Picture research for trend stories Finding, engaging with and booking influencers for content creation Working alongside stylists and colourists to create engaging content Capture customer and community mentions and develop ongoing relationships Post content as per pre agreed schedule including OOH, promote posts as per pre agreed strategy, engage with any comments/ messages in timely manner Monthly reporting on various metrics to be delivered one week after month end Utilise to help guide planning schedules for upcoming weeks Work alongside communications agencies to help refine and deliver social strategy Responding to all messages on all channels in a timely manner including OOH Identify influencers who are fans of the brand to cultivate ongoing relationships Identify on brand influencers who are not fans of the brand to cultivate new relationships The Company & Opportunity My client are still a young, dynamic business who are being disruptive in the haircare market right now They are committed to staying ahead of the hair curve stretches way back.
