Company: Very well-established Charity that have been running for over 100 years Job Description: Support the Marketing Manager to deliver a range of direct mail and online marketing initiatives and projects Manage the databases, segmentation and data protection preferences to effectively Provide timely and relevant reports to the Marketing Manager to support evaluation of campaigns and online activity Taking responsibility for the relationships with the agencies and mailing houses Ensure high quality service, value for money and adherence to brand guidelines Taking an innovative and proactive approach in recommending opportunities to enhance marketing, fundraising, visitor experiences, services and commercial operations Liaising with internal teams to ensure that our content is up to date and accurate Create marketing collateral, working with other departments to ensure that the brand and tone are consistent across all communications Comply with GDPR and fundraising legislation and all remain up to date Create a strong digital presence through the website and over social media platforms Engage with appropriate online organisations and forums in the industry Produce effective communications and marketing collateral Person Specification: Strong Direct marketing and database management skills Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Advanced knowledge of managing data and using CMS systems Digital communications and marketing experience Print production management Computer literate and able to use MS Office Ability to work alone on own initiative as well as work effectively as part of a team Self-motivated, enthusiastic, well organised and energetic Additional Information: Based in Leatherhead £27,000 - £30,000 pro -rata Car parking Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (3 full days - flexible) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays AE Pension Death in service We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
