Overview
Customer Acquisition Manager Elevation are excited to work in partnership with this fantastic, well known and well loved brand in Leeds They are looking for a senior leader to be part of their business and drive customer acquisition, through a well planned, well executed, multi-channel marketing strategy. Responsible for a large Budget and P&L, you will drive new customers growth across Digital, Social, Content, ATL Marketing, PR and Insight. This is a varied role will be responsible for: Overseeing the implementation of the Acquisition plan across a broad mix of media channels including broadcast, print, Affiliate, PPC/SEO, programmatic display, paid and organic social media, content and sponsorship Set clear Acquisition objectives and evaluate the effectiveness against strategic business objectives Oversee the social media strategy and its implementation across all channels Develop a content marketing strategy and embed its adoption across communication channels (including marketing, website, social and PR) Identify the need for and utilise market data, competitive environment and customer insight to inform Acquisition strategy Embed a test and learn culture across the team, ensuring Acquisition activities are insight driven and customer led Build and manage external media, creative and technical agency partnerships to support Acquisition requirements What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require? Senior marketing professional with an in-depth understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practice Proven track record in delivering impactful, creative campaigns across traditional and digital media channels Track record of optimising media channels to deliver appropriate business outcomes Experience of managing 3rd party Creative and Media Agency relationships at a senior level Experience of managing large budgets and P&L responsibility is key Sector experience: B2C, Retail, Financial Services, Utilities, Gaming etc all considered - preferably a regulated, customer first business Elevation Recruitment focusing on Sales & Marketing positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
