You will contribute to the overall vision and roadmap for all of the company consumer websites to ensure everything is running in a profitable and effective way. What you will need to be the Customer Experience Manager: Experience of working with both internal production teams and digital marketing agencies Can demonstrate good use of reports/analysis to plan actions and improvements Understands Internet technologies. Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools Sound creative judgement Good communication and excellent team player Motivated self-starter with ability to meet deadlines Working knowledge of SEO / Paid search/affiliates acquisition. E-Commerce, CX and digital marketing best practice knowledge Stakeholder management Excellent presentation skills - factual, succinct in nature. Customer journey mapping techniques.
