Overview
Interaction Recruitment are working with this marketing agency to recruit their Head of PR on a full time, permanent basis for our client based just outside of Huntingdon This global marketing agency who solely operate within the Gaming and eSports industry whose core services include events, sponsorships, influencers, advertising are looking for a Head of PR to guide, lead and set an example to the team in effective PR, communications and strategy to benefit their clients and the business. The role:- Develop or improve existing internal PR work flows, processes and systems to continually improve the team's effectiveness Manage a team of 5-7 to design, execute and deliver creative and successful communication plans in the UK and internationally that match or exceed expectation Delegate responsibilities, manage resources to your team by liaising, supporting, planning and sharing Create a strong work ethic within the team environment Share your experience and endeavour to continually train the team Conduct regular performance reviews and work on team members growth plans Work with the senior management team to budget efficiently Advising on staff requirements Monitor the press/public's opinions on clients and clients products Communicate client strategies, performance and issues to management team The right candidate:- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience delivering high impact B2B PR & communications projects within the gaming industry. Be a resilient, proactive leader. Strong leadership, mentoring and strategic direction will be essential to your success Ability to work on multiple client projects simultaneously, whilst maintaining client relations, team leadership and hitting deadlines A flexible approach to change in working hours and adapt to business needs, attending events on-site including evenings and weekends as required A natural ability to build strong relationships Media savvy, you will have a great understanding of current communications techniques, be an expert in producing high quality presentations and accomplish in areas of all forms of communication Full driving licence and own vehicle essential Must be able to travel internationally and hold a current passport What's on offer?:- Salary up to £42K PA 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Scheme On site car parking Opportunity to work from home Flexi working 7.5 hours working day - as long these cover 10am - 4.30pm On site cafe - not subsidised For further information or to apply please send your CV to
