Overview
Due to a company restructure this specialist property development organisation is seeking a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager. The role As Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and will head up a specialist marketing team of 4. It'll be your responsibility to convert the corporate strategy into marketing achievable objectives, which you will be responsible for planning and implementing. Duties are wide-ranging and will include all aspects of strategic management and marketing communications, so expect to be involved in internal communications, agency management, continual client and competitor monitoring, as well as competitor research and analysis. All of which will result in the company becoming the 'go-to' within the industry. What we're looking for To be considered you'll need several years of solid marketing communications experience, with at least two of those years seeing you responsible for leading and inspiring a marketing team. It's absolutely essential that you have a B2B background, but this could have been gained in-house or with an agency/consultancy. You'll need to be an expert at devising B2B strategies, totally at ease handling multiple projects and able to handle complex issues that come your way. A proven track record of competitive bidding would be an advantage too, as would experience within the property or construction sector. What's on offer?
