Overview

Key Responsibilities Lead on key payroll improvement project, working with workstream leads to ensure that key activities are being delivered to plan and risks identified and mitigated Develop and communicate key processes and standard operating procedures that support key HR policies Develop the Operational shared service model and implementation plan Co-ordinate the operational workstreams of the HRIS change, providing visibility of progress, risks and mitigation and interdependencies Accountable for accelerating the leading on a number of operational projects aimed at system readiness Support the mapping of benefits against overall strategic priorities to enable the adequate tracking and realisation of benefits Lead on user adoption development and tracking of the change Oversee the production of key change management deliverables Work with third party suppliers / implementation partners to support change objectives, refining and adapting plans as required Work with individual workstream leads to build and execute plans as agreed Stand up and lead change management forums / meetings to support collaboration between workstream leads Partner with business stakeholders, leads and networks to ensure change plans align to their strategic aims Production and development of change materials including change impact assessments, road maps, stakeholder maps to support overall change delivery Work with Internal Communications colleagues to develop strong change content (e.g. digital, written, oral) Relationship management of key stakeholders as required to implement the desired business change Support the transition to a shared service model across People Operations Lead on people change projects for P&T including (but not limited to) digital change, redundancies and restructures Skills: Experience of HRIS implementation with a particular focus on change management and business readiness Strong Project Management and influencing skills, able to galvanise, motivate and influence others outside of reporting line Proven track record of stakeholder management and communication across system change, able to articulate and explain system technology in simple and engaging terms to demystify the change. Collaborative team player recognises and values the roles of others and focuses on effective delivery as a team Excellent communication skills - ability to utilise PowerPoint and Excel Must have: Experience of leading change management using an agile delivery methodology
