Digital Marketing Executive - brand new opportunity Tunbridge Wells £25,000 - £28,000pa Quarterly team event days Company bonus scheme Parking available This brand new role is to aid in the rolling out of the first digital marketing strategies for this unique family of companies. Within this role you will be actively working for a number of independent companies, each with their own strategy and audience. You will have had experience in all digital marketing techniques and best practices for setting up and delivering fully optimised campaigns resulting in positive lead generation results across PPC, Paid Social Ads and Organic Social media. You should also have excellent organisation and time management skills in order to prioritise and work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. In your delivery of the digital marketing strategy you will need to ensure it adheres to the core values and message of each company. Reporting into the Marketing & Communications Manager your role will include: Creation, scheduling and delivery of paid digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms Provide analysis and recommendations around ROI, campaign performance and website traffic to ensure efficient optimisation of all paid campaigns Produce engaging and effective day to day content for generating leads across all of our social streams Develop a content calendar with KPIs for engagement growth and lead generation Daily management of all social media, including scheduling and responding to media notifications and messages, ensuring all social media content is consistent and on brand Bring a modern approach to our digital presence. You may also be asked to: Contribute to the writing and uploading of optimised content to our websites to support the digital marketing strategy. Assist in the production and implementation of e-shot campaigns (Constant Contact/Mailchimp) Assist in the production of webinars This will also be an opportunity to: Stay up to date on developments within digital marketing to ensure strategies will work Adopt a continual 'test and learn' approach to all performance marketing activities Investigate and implement new initiatives and opportunities in line with agreed strategies Keep on top of competitor activity and utilise this information to make recommendations to us Be aware of SEO best practise guidelines You: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail orientated Analytical Have a creative eye for both copy, video and design. Have an adaptable writing style to engage with different audiences Your skillset: Experience in a similar role Have a thorough understanding of digital marketing; responsiveness, segmentation, call to actions, click-through rates, etc. Have experience of audience building strategies across multiple social platforms including but not limited to, LinkedIn, Google (PPC and Remarketing) and Facebook Have experience of using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and tools to aid the production of creative content Experience of using CMS systems Nice to have: Useful to have Adobe Suite Understanding of HTML / CSS Background in Financial Services Career development is certainly available here with an excellent opportunity to grow within this company.
