Overview
Front End Developer Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Front-End Developer skilled in HTML and CSS to join a friendly, fast-paced full service Digital Agency. The agency is looking for a Front-End Developer to focus mainly on building campaign emails and HTML/CSS web pages for a high-profile fashion client. The ideal candidate will have good HTML and CSS capabilities, and be experienced coding responsive emails that render correctly across email clients and browsers. You will be working alongside a team of Account managers on a team of 6 other developers and digital designers and be building full pages in HTML& CSS to go onto the client's own platform. You'll need to have core CSS and HTML skills but will be taught how to structure the work for the client. It won't be too complex, and it's a great opportunity to gain experience working in a fast paced and reactive environment. You'll also be provided a top spec macbook pro with the latest Adobe Creative Cloud software to work with. Front End Developer Required Skills: Strong working knowledge of HTML / CSS Knowledge of email best practices ensuring deliverability and correct rendering across email clients and browsers. Experience with Photoshop, XD and Indesign to access design files for build assets. Experience of responsive build for web Front End Developer Advantageous Skills: Experience with implementing retail marketing campaigns. Hands on experience of working with Grunt or Gulp. Front End Developer Key Responsibilities: Build html emails from supplied design files that are deliverable and render correctly across email clients and browsers. Build html responsive web pages from supplied design files, ensuring correct rendering across browsers. Implement built pages, banners and graphic files into our client's bespoke CMS system, ensuring correct scheduling of campaign content as briefed (full training given).
