Overview
Senior Paid Social Executive- Agency - London £25,000 - £30,000 Major Players are currently working with an established independent agency within Central London. They are looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive to join their team and work across a portfolio of both their retail and travel clients. They are looking for someone who has experience juggling many plates, experience across Paid Social and Shopping and keen to take the next step in their career. You will be a champion of Paid Social in the agency and really be at the forefront of Facebook campaigns and the drive into other social platforms for the agency such as Twitter and Snapchat. Responsibilities - Senior Paid Social Executive Identify areas of growth for clients and communicate them appropriately and confidently Understand how Paid Social fits in with the wider objectives of clients Create Paid Social plans and strategies Implement Paid Social plans for clients, especially across Facebook Completely audit campaigns Identify and remedy reasons for poor campaign performance and generate better results without need for assistance Make sure all work is to a high standard Training and development of junior team members Requirements - Senior Paid Social Executive 1 year Paid Social experience, ideally within an agency environment Experience working with shopping clients highly desirable Experience working with large data sets and utilising a wide range of data to develop social strategies Confidence in setting up Paid Social campaigns from scratch, including bid and budget strategy - especially across Facebook Can scale and grow client spend across paid social including testing new concepts and audiences Can confidently make recommendations Understand the statistical significance of all results Some Perks: Annual Season Ticket Loan - Cycle to Work Scheme - Subsidised Gym Membership - Support on Professional Qualifications - "Skint Nights" - monthly social event - Birthday Brownies & Gift - Loyalty Holiday (Extra Day for every year after 2 years, up to 5 extra days) - Summer Working Hours - Summer Day Out - Christmas Party If you want to work in a company that has their offices in Central London, has flexible working hours and genuine career progression in a growing start-up, then please apply.
