Overview

The Capita Institute The Capita Institute works with thought leaders inside and outside Capita to analyse macro trends, provide practical insights and stimulate original thinking in order to help our clients make better decisions. The Institute sits within the new created Capita Consulting division and works across wider Capita business. The opportunity This is a brand-new role that would suit a recent graduate who wants to play a part in helping shape the thought leadership of Capita. They will support the Head of Institute and Senior Content Strategist with the day-to-day running of the Institute and be as comfortable undertaking administrative tasks as they are assisting with content development and providing editorial support. The role is based in London at the headquarters on Berner's Street. Responsibilities will include: Assisting with research, collecting and, where needed, analysing data. Helping maintain the Institute activity tracker. Providing logistic support for third-party content partnership events, such as Wired, Tortoise and TED. Working alongside the Senior Content Strategist and with the Capita Consulting team to create Points of View blogs, podcasts, videos and other content formats. Designing and editing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, exemplifying Capita brand guidelines. Completing writing, editing and proofing tasks as they occur. Providing support in the creation of cross division thought-leadership campaigns. Working closely with the web and design teams to ensure timely publication of content. The person Passionate about writing with a high level of attention to detail. Experience of editing and proofreading. Exceptionally organised with excellent time management and a stellar multi-tasking skills. A team player and effective communicator, with the ability to work with colleagues across the organisation. Able to get stuck in and work across several teams on a variety of different projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
