A brilliant opportunity for a Content and Social Media Executive with good knowledge and skills in content creation to join an exciting digital marketing agency based in Swindon. The role would suit a candidate with a true love of digital content creation and social media, who can write and produce great content and who understands how social media and informative content works for business. About the role: The Content & Social Media Executive will implement our content and social media strategy and deliver successful client social media campaigns to help boost brand visibility, drive website traffic and improve customer engagement. About the job: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver client specific social media content, maintaining social presence, brand recognition and engagement. Work with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns, ensuring content is targeted to reach a wide and relevant audience. Implement a timely and relevant content and social media editorial calendar to drive client brand awareness and engagement. Contribute to the reporting on all social media marketing activity, analysing performance, and optimising content and campaigns accordingly to continuously improve on delivery against key metrics. Utilise customer data and social listening tools to identify target audiences, monitor conversations and results, working with the digital marketing manager to analyse feedback and shape the wider content strategy. The Content and Social Media Executive Candidate: Have at least 1 year of social media experience and a sound understanding of digital marketing. Be a creative thinker who can work accurately under pressure. Have a strong editorial sense and ability to tailor content for different audiences.
