Overview
Your new company This company is one of the largest international law firms operating out of over 10 offices globally. Specialising in the financial sectors, their main client base are private equity houses, hedge funds, global and local markets and major banks, making them one of the biggest and most sought after firms in this sector. Your new role You will be tasked with delivering innovative, concise training across a blend of learning solutions including virtual, online, design documents, storyboards and face to face instructing. You will also be responsible for maintaining all records of learner development and existing course content whilst proactively introducing new methods/ ideas based on the assessment of individual needs. Due to the expansion of their London office, you will be given the opportunity to make the role your own and lead the full cycle of L&D. Partner with subject matter experts to create tailored programmes Collaborate with business partners to identify, develop and implement learning modules that support business needs Facilitate the delivery of courses and programmes Devise modes of assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of training 1:1, E-Learning, Classroom, Mentoring, storyboards, online media Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps Utilise vendors when necessary What you'll need to succeed A minimum of 4 years' experience Professional services experience - Ideally legal Excellent design skills and experience working across a variety of Elearning programmes Strong Elearning design skills using a range of authoring tools Confident at delivering to senior stakeholders and fee earners Be able to travel regionally Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc. desirable Excellent written and verbal English What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
