Marketing Recruitment Executive - 5 x Graduate Trainee Roles Role We are looking for trainee recruiters to join a rapidly expanding Recruitment consultancy that specialises in sourcing niche marketing skills to FTSE 100 companies, leading Marketing Consultancies and Research Houses throughout the UK and overseas. You will be become part of a successful and rapidly expanding team of young, dynamic graduates. The company have built up a high profile client base through building exceptionally strong relationships with both their clients and candidates through being passionate about our work. Requirements We are looking for graduates to help maintain and expand the company’s superb client relationships. You will be using to be on the telephones, researching and studying company profiles and the company database to locate and headhunt candidates for their clients. Applicants need to have fantastic networking skills, work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, you must have a degree qualification - 2:1 or above (in any discipline). Offering Starting salary is £20,000 through the 3 month training period and £24,000 following completio of probation. Uncapped commission means you can realisticall be earning over £35,000 in just your first year. The team have an excellent track record of training graduates to earn £80k within a 2-3 year time frame.
