A new business sales/business development professional is needed to join a fast-paced and exciting digital marketing company that specialises in online marketing strategies. Will be working in field sales, representing our modern offices, this is a perfect opportunity for a business development professional to build and grow the sales effort whilst earning generous uncapped commission. What you will be doing… Joining an experienced sales team, you will be driving and managing the whole sales process from lead-sourcing to sales execution and limited post-sales services. Key Responsibilities: You will be making outbound calls to new potiential clients; managing a pipeline of contacts; presenting our products in face to face meetings and successfully closing deals. The Sales Executive / Business Development Consultant will be managing the full lead generation cycle from end-to-end includes cold calling reaching out to potiential clients, identifying new business opportunities, updating sales pipeline, face to face meetings and presenting our marketing services. Generate leads and identify new potential clients by researching on the internet, social media platforms Engaging with clients on the phone and build relationships Cold calling, setting appointments, establishing value and booking in online demos with decision makers Pro-actively identifying customer needs and new business opportunities Daily management of KPIs, booking records and ensuring they are up to date Achieve monthly and overall revenue targets Working with the digital marketing team to in the handover of new clients through their registration process. Basic up to 18-21k (Depending on experience) uncapped commission - £100K OTE OTE year 1: £36-£50k OTE year 2: £50-£75k OTE year 3: £100K plus Experience You will need to be a determined and driven Sales Executive/New Business Executive/ Business Development Consultant seeking a highly rewarding career. Your CV should highlight: Previous experience within a new business B2B sales/ Business Development role. Previous success in hitting targets in a B2B sales environment. Your sales/Business Development experience is from dealing with small, medium and/or large companies or organisations, communicating and closing deals with business owners, department heads, managers or executives. Strong documentation and presentation skills. Proven experience building prospective accounts to generate new business. Building strong and lasting relationships with your clients and partners. Fantastic client management and communication skills - you must be presentable, confident, professional. Positive, energetic and driven by achieving personal and company/team success. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing early-stage company environment and being part of growing a business. An interest in online marketing technologies and/or concepts relating to them. Any previous sales experience in digital marketing or advertising related offerings would be advantageous. Equally beneficial would any knowledge of the online marketing challenges and opportunities facing organisations today in their pursuit of acquiring new customers. You will be required to show and demonstrate evidence of at least a 2-year proven B2B successful lead generation track record.
