Overview
We are currently looking for a confident and enthusiastic junior product trainer to join our growing training department. Responsibilities The job role will assist our current training facilitators to train and help customers with our call reporting and call recording systems. The main responsibilities will include: Assisting with training of other product offerings such as Polycom phone systems as well as the Horizon dashboard Help to create customer facing training content such as videos and guides Help to develop new strategies for customer engagement within the department Keep an audit of training that has taken place, highlighting gaps and suggesting new training needs and methods. Drive continuous improvement of the business and department by providing in-house training where necessary Update any relevant teams with new product development that will improve their knowledge thus allowing them to help their customers. Desired Skills and Experience It is not essential for the successful candidate to have training experience however it is preferred. Other skills that are desirable include: Confident, enthusiastic, adaptable and engaging personality A willingness to continually learn The ability to work both in a team and on their own.
