Overview

We are looking for a passionate, positive and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer who will become part of the expanding in-house recruitment team at Hotelcare. We want someone who can manage the fast pace of high volume recruitment whilst also contributing to new projects and shaping the way the recruitment department supports the business. This person must also love to travel. This role is an ideal for an existing in-house Recruiter or a volume Recruiter. As this role is within the hospitality industry, someone with immense experience in Hotels especially Housekeeping is also ideal. We want people with the ability to bring new ideas to help drive innovation You will provide high quality, high volume hiring through successfully sourcing candidates through a variety of recruiting channels, to find active and passive talent for open and future positions You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to ensure delivery of directorate specific recruitment You will partner with your Hiring Managers to provide best practice advice and support throughout the recruitment life cycle Visit Hotel sites and support the on-site team with Recruitment, Screening, Interviewing, On-boarding, Training and Retention You’ll need to use your experience and innovation to identify opportunities for more efficient hiring methods with a particular focus on how to further improve the candidate experience What skills and experience will you need?
