SENIOR CUSTOMER ANALYST LONDON £45,000 - £50,000 If you're an analyst with commercial exposure of analysing data using SQL, then this may the perfect opportunity you're looking for? You will work for a leading retail company based in central London that offers unrivalled training and progression opportunities. They have an established data & analytics centre of excellence which presents opportunities for you to develop your technical skills using SQL, R and Python. You can go down a more commercial path or alternatively you can tailor your career down the data science route in the future. THE COMPANY As a senior customer analyst you will work for a leading retail company that are specialists in customer loyalty. THE ROLE The role is extremely varied which is why it may be perfect for an analyst who looking to gain a variety of experience. You will get the opportunity to learn and use key analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R and Tableau to analyse customer loyalty data. You provide insight on areas to various teams within the business such as what products customers are buying, why they are buying them and identifying potential pitfalls within the business. You will also work closely with sales and marketing teams from a non-technical background to help them make better sense of data Maximise understanding of customer behaviour and provide impactful insight and recommendations to internal and external clients YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 2:1 Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university Experience of using SQL to analyse customer behaviour Expert communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data to tech and non-tech audiences Having a clear scope to use your own expertise to come up with innovative solutions to solve potential problems on the data that is gathered.
