A route into a £200k plus desk, warm client base with no internal competition to go at an entire market, accelerated opportunity to lead and build out a team, certainly by 18 months - fairy tale stuff Not with us, this is genuine, we need cover on a market place we have access to with no dedicated consultant covering this space presently. Shocking to admit it, but with all our internal resource busy working and supporting other client markets and projects globally, we are missing a trick in this market which would be considered prestige by most other UK agencies We know the type of person we want to work with, and how they will be developed into this market (even if you have no previous experience of this sector) we have a good track record of developing first year billers to deliver £200k years, genuinely some £30- 45k months, imagine the commission All we will interview against is motivation and attitude, the skills we can teach, and we teach them well. This could really suit a commercially aware graduate, a second jobber with client/customer facing or sales experience, a talent acquisition or HR professional, as much as it would someone already working in recruitment.
