Built around actual user feedbacks, our star solutions Site Diary and, soon to be released, Site Observe are comprehensive yet easy-to-use and focused on what matters the most: saving time, money, the hassle of traditional paper-centric processes, and the troubles due to bad-quality projects. With SME to Tier 1 clients on 5 continents, we have been following a fast and steady growth from our creation in 2011 and now aim at becoming an international reference. In that regard, we launched the UK market in 2017 and lately opened offices to better serve our clients. We are the field workers champion and the best at what we do because we focus on the outcome (Users support us because we focus on the outcome). MISSION : To become the leading field workers digital solution provider in the UK construction industry Sales / Prospecting (80%): Identify and establish contact with our target customers (Construction companies, Sub-contractors, Project Clients) Grow the prospect base in our CRM (PipeDrive) Contact prospects to set up demonstrations and meetings Telesales to identified prospects Demonstrate the products Collect and analyse client feedback (enrich the existing market study) Identify opportunities for demonstrations and meetings Attend events in the promotion of the company Marketing (20%): Promote the company and products to our target audience Identify communication channels (specialised press, influencers) Assist with social networks (posts articles) Provide input to an innovative multi-channel product promotion campaign (e-mailing, website ) Assist with the organisation of events Customer support via online chat, phone and email.
