JOB TITLE: NQ Banking Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: Newly Qualified LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: £Highly Competitive Salary THE ROLE: An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Banking Solicitor to join a highly reputable banking team. A substantial part of this new role will involve advising on a wide range of corporate, acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions for the high street banks and other leading regional funders. In addition the firm also act for a wide range of businesses, supporting their client's needs as borrowers both at home and abroad, across Europe and the US. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Applications are sought from ambitious Banking Solicitors with excellent credentials and have completed a seat in banking. You will be given the support to help you develop your experience and career in the most active finance team in the UK. The successful Banking Solicitor will be a very personable, bright and a confident individual. Robust, with the strength of character to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at every level and demonstrate the following attributes: excellent commercial acumen, good face to face and documentary negotiation skills, ability and willingness to learn, attention to detail, organised with time and documents, good IT skills, discretion and professionalism. You will need to manage a first class service, focusing on giving legal advice in a commercial context.
