Overview
Marketing Manager / Brand Manager / B2C ESA Group are working with a leading consumer brand in Birmingham who have a new vacancy for an experienced Brand Manager to join their Marketing team on a permanent basis. The Role Working as part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the evolution and performance of the brand. With ownership of the overall brand marketing strategy, the successful candidate will be working alongside the digital marketing team, ensuring correct action is taken for the growth of the brand. Duties & Responsibilities Create and monitor email campaigns, making use of the CRM for smart targeting and segmentation Social media content generation and coverage Ownership and management of brand budgets Own the evolution and performance of the Group brand, maximising performance and growth Devise and maintain marketing strategy to include monthly planning, building campaigns and promotions and assigning channels Working with the graphic designer to produce POS, collateral and other promotional print items Ownership of total order values and understanding key trends across the business Make effective decisions through driving customer insight, driving more customer feedback Collaborative working with the digital marketing team to ensure digital activities match the current brand vision for growth Generation of social media content and coverage to increase platform and reach entire market potential Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within the operational business to ensure the needs are effectively supported Managing the budget About You: Previous experience in marketing management is essential A proven track record in delivering effective brand and promotional campaigns Experience of working with both marketing agencies and specialist service providers A degree/diploma in a similar discipline desirable but not essential In return you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including: 33 days Holiday Pension Staff Discount Perkbox If you have previous experience in Brand Management and are able to hit the ground running our client would love to hear about you
