Overview

A highly reputable insurance company is looking for an interim Learning & Delivery Business Partner. Working closely with key stakeholders to understand their challenges, you will implement new L&D initiatives to make a real difference to culture and performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a lead role in delivering new programmes and to shape the future within this iconic organisation Location: you will be based in the West Midlands and delivering learning solutions to 2 different offices based in North East England and North West England. Accountabilities include: Supporting the L&D Manager in the design and delivery of the L&D strategy, providing leaders with direct support and ensuring your initiatives are relevant to their area Identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement, designing new interventions and translating into deliverables Leading and developing a team of trainers in the day to day delivery of L&D activities, ensuring training and competence needs are met Management of L&D resources to facilitate the recruitment of new staff Providing regular analysis to understand the outcomes of the L&D initiatives Creatins strategies to ensure learning solutions are delivered and are accessible Responsibility for the governance of policies and processes within the L&D team Skills and experience Must have gained the above L&D experience within insurance or financial services Must be experienced at managing and delivering a variety of learning solutions at all levels of the organisation Excellent communication and influencing skills Must be detail orientated with the ability to motivate, anticipate constraints and identify alternative solutions Proven track record of delivering successful programmes in line with company objectives Have a mindset of continuous improvement
