Senior CRM Executive- London A fast-growing central London Fintech has a newly created Senior CRM Executive position in their rapidly growing team. Key Responsibilities: This will be an end to end CRM role involving , planning and ideation, creation and execution, the building of customer journeys, segmentation, applying a test and learn approach, analysing performance and reporting. This role will utilise email and push notifications Create and execute regular customer communications inclusive of triggered and non-triggered campaigns.
