This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing arm of this global business as an expert procurement consultant covering a wide range of indirect categories. This role is the perfect opportunity for a mid-career procurement professional keen to make the transition into consulting, whilst furthering their career joining an instantly recognisable brand. The successful candidate will be working with some of the company's biggest clients across the public and private sector on substantial procurement transformation, implementation and change . Clients include some of the most influential Westminster public sector bodies, global banking firms based in central London and some of the most innovative technology companies on the market. The role will involve getting hands on with all aspects of the procurement process, including… Stakeholder engagement Strategic sourcing across multiple indirect categories including IT, Professional Services, HR and FM Supplier relationship management and contract management Cost savings and saving delivery programs Transformation and process implementation This role will be based predominantly with clients in and around London and the home counties. In addition, there is a degree of flexible working and a generous bonus offering. The key competencies and experience required for this role are: 5 years' commercial procurement experience, with exposure to all aspects of end-to-end indirect procurement Strong educational background, degree educated and CIPS qualified (desirable) Strong commercial acumen, having worked in high pressure and complex environments Experience of developing and implementing category strategy, delivering cost savings, and maintaining stakeholder relationships Exposure to multiple industries, applicates from all sectors welcomed This company offers impressive room to grow and progress, with an award winning reputation for expansion, growth and success.
