Overview
This lively, fast-paced agency are based in fabulous offices in Leeds city centre. They have a cool culture, on-site gym, showers and regular team socials. As an agency they provide services across web design, development, social, motion, video, Apps, SEO, paid advertising and digital strategy and are currently looking for a UX Strategist to join them. Job Description: As the UX Strategist you'll be joining them to help them expand the UX Department and help shape the future of UX services they offer. You'll report to the UX Director and work closely with the wider team of Designers, Developers and Project Managers. Key responsibilities include Research and Analysis, Wireframing, Testing and Implementation. You'll bring your expertise in research in order to plan and develop solutions. You'll investigate the users, their requirements, existing solutions and suitable competitors. In order to develop and document solutions you'll be able to provide insight, create user personas and map user journeys. Once the research is complete you'll be responsible for generating wireframes to be used to generate specifications. You'll then oversee and ensure the solutions are executed as you envisaged, so liaising with the wider team of project managers What we're looking for: Industry experience within a UX Strategic / Research / Design role and the desire to grow a UX team around you. You'll be positive, confident, organised and a good communicator. You'll be confident presenting both internally and externally to clients with gravitas and in an optimistic manner. This is not a creative Visual UX Designer role, however if you are a UX Designer who is also involved in wireframing, creating user personas and can map user journeys then we'd like to hear from you. This role will give you the opportunity to work with some big brands and on a wide range of exciting and unique projects and to grow within a fast-moving agency.
