Overview
About the Role Key role to support the resourcing and capability needs of the business. You’ll be engaging with the business to determine strategic workforce plan, as well as working with the business area to define and deliver capability plans which are in line with future operating models. Gather and use robust capability MI, providing options and recommendations to support the business strategy Embed the outputs of the people plan locally and supporting people leaders by providing advice and guidance Identify skills and knowledge gaps based on the business strategy and provide solutions Support the implementation of a technical learning framework across the business area Design, deliver and lead the business unit’s communications and engagement plan, owning key communications channels About the Client Nationally recognised financial institution What we are looking for We’re looking for someone with excellent experience of working in a leadership support or business management role. You’ll need broad knowledge of the customer business, key services and how it interacts with the rest of the organisation.
