Company Description: We are a young, dynamic, and fast-growing start-up, backed by Innovate UK, some of the best angels from across the UK and US, and the TechStars London 2019 programme. Our founder is an ex-BCG consultant and Wharton MBA graduate and we have a super friendly team. We are set to revolutionise the childcare market in the UK (and beyond) and looking for sharp and ambitious individuals to join our award-winning business on this journey. Job Description: You will be at the heart of our business - initially learning the ropes by communicating with parents and nannies and helping to match them based on a variety of criteria. At the same time, you’ll be thinking hard about how to improve and automate some parts of the process and working with the rest of the team to come up with the best solutions and then helping to implement them. Once you’ve understood this critical part of the business, you will have the opportunity to move on and grow your career in various directions, such as growth, operations, product management, or marketing, depending on your skills and interest. As with any other start-up, you’ll be expected to wear multiple hats and will be exposed to all parts of the business. This means there will be loads of opportunities to gain new skills and it’s an exciting time to join the team and build an amazing career. Role breakdown: Assisting with recruiting childcare professionals onto the platform Helping to create, write, and distribute marketing content Measuring and analysing the success of marketing campaigns Developing skills in other areas of marketing, including social media management, SEO optimisation, digital advertising, PR from awards, etc. Assisting with event planning and the general engagement strategy for nannies Learning about partnership management and how to build relationships with progressive employers to make our service part of the employee benefits package Who Fits the Bill? Strong problem-solver: as a young company, there will be lots of opportunity to make suggestions, help build improvements, and create new processes Personable with excellent communication skills: you’re comfortable picking up the phone and able to write clearly, simply and accurately Great time management skills: you will be spinning multiple plates at once so excellent time management is of utmost importance to keep your clients and candidates happy High attention to detail and very organised Analytical and enjoys gaining insights from data Driven: maybe you’ve taken part in sports activities, or you can show us a genuine desire to progress within your career; BUT also a team player Keen to work in a start-up environment with the opportunity to really make your mark
