Overview

The Account Management team requires an organised, confident and conscientious individual to deliver and assist in the delivery of ticket access partnerships across Live Nation properties with a focus on Tours & Concerts and Venues. It is an exciting, fast-paced division that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation business Day to day involves assisting the Senior Account Manager and Director of Account Management on the delivery of ticket access and venue deals - the successful individual will be thorough with excellent attention to detail - a head and an eye for reporting, stats, numbers and ticket figures is a must. This is a very admin heavy role with a focus on maximising the team's efficiency. Deadlines are ad hoc and campaign driven; the suitable individual with be comfortable hitting these consistently. They also need excellent interpersonal skills, confidently dealing with internal departments, blue chip clients, agencies and stakeholders alike, where necessary tailoring their approach to get the job done. We're looking for someone to hit the ground running with enthusiasm, as high volume and consistent work load means a successful applicant will need to grasp tasks quickly. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage approvals of pre sale and on sale marketing campaigns of assigned tours along with logging of campaign results and promo tracker updates Manage suggestions, approvals and asset bank for partner newsletters Developing strong relationships with clients, key internal departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and results for partners Regular updates to the Senior Account Manager - making sure they have all the information they need for their accounts and wider business updates Maintaining accurate records and logs (including but not limited to accounting & invoicing /contract summaries/creative assets/program recaps Coordinate meetings & diaries, including creation and circulation of agendas Meeting minutes and issuing of follow ups and actions points Undertake various research tasks as requested, including collation of information, creation of slides etc Assist with hospitality & hosting where required REQUIREMENTS Essential Experience either in ticketing, data, research, account management, venue, agency, promoter or record label Excellent communication skills Ability to handle a varied and heavy workload Working knowledge of Word for Windows, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Admin whizz, with an attention to detail second to none Quick learner, with an ability to grasps tasks and assignments easily Flexible and positive 'can do' approach Unflappable in stressful, pressured situations A hard worker dedicated to going the extra mile Desirable Experience at or dealing with a UK Music Promoter Understanding of commercial partnerships within the live music sphere BEHAVIOURS The following attributes determine role will be carried and are required to be a success: Able to prioritise and hit deadlines consistently An organised working style 1st Class communicator (both written and verbal) - confident, friendly and professional yet firm, able to build a rapport with all types of people A highly motivated, tenacious and conscientious individual who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard A team player Happy to take initiative
