Overview
Plan and execute exciting events Support on varied campaigns and manage social media Manage PR relationships We are working with a large investment firm in the centre of Bristol to appoint an experienced Marketing Executive on a 6-month contract with a view to go permanent. This role will ideally be suited to someone with at least 12 months experience within a similar role and ideally available on a short notice period. What you’ll be doing You’ll be coordinating marketing events and producing the support of material including invite creation, briefing the design team, delegate packs and printing seminar flyers etc. You’ll also be responsible for attending and helping to host guests at the events as required and afterwards create reports for business development activity. You’ll also be responsible for social media management, supporting campaigns and overall marketing responsibilities. What experience you ill need to apply • Excellent written communication skills and IT skills with a good level of understanding in Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Previous marketing experience essential • Personable and diplomatic, with the ability to communicate at the Partner level. • Calm, organised and able to work under pressure • Good general business understanding and ability to grasp external issues and S&W service What you’ll get in return for your experience Excellent experience within a broad marketing role, competitive salary and benefits.
