If you like solving challenges, value continuous professional growth and are motivated to join an entrepreneurial culture then we would love to hear from you Quick Hits: 9 Years Old 250 Employees $80M in Funding Enterprise Marketing Technology Responsibilities - As the owner as the renewal function within Integrate’s Event solution, you will: Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with Customer Success & Sales to retain customers and grow net dollar retention. Help Sales and Customer Success identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities as part renewal to maximize customer growth and then work with Sales and Customer Success to facilitate incorporating into renewals. Develop and action account renewal plans for all Integrate customers. Actively engage with customer key decision makers to identify/document buying process, requirements and uncover/address potential roadblocks to ensure on-time renewals. Maintain and report an accurate rolling forecast of short/long term renewals. Negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with other key Integrate teams) that align to customer and Integrate goals, driving among other things net-dollar retention and logo retention. Keep current on customer adoption data and trends and work with Customer Success to address factors that would put a renewal at risk. Communicate and report on renewals at all levels of Integrate organisation. Develop excellent relationships with key Integrate team members. Requirements - Successful Candidate Will Have 2-5 years’ successful experience in quota carrying roles driving renewals in a SaaS organisation (extra credit for experience in B2B marketing technology) Proven discovery, presentation, deal structuring, negotiation and closing skills Demonstrated ability to build out processes, systems, and programs to drive exceptional renewal and retention outcomes. Proven experience developing and driving renewal close plans Proven experience working broadly across internal and customer organisations to drive consensus Experience effectively managing a pipeline and closing large volume of renewals of varying dollar amounts (i.e. very large and relatively small) with different customer types. Characteristics of being self-motivated, proactive, energetic, humble, positive, team-player. High emotional IQ (EQ). Embodies Integrate’s cultural values. Excellent communication skills. Excels in written, phone, and in-person communications. Analytical thinking skills. Uses data and insights drive plans and actions. Experience with Salesforce is required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
