Job Description

RENEWALS ADMINISTRATOR, SW3 Working within the Renewals team the successful candidate will provide direct administrative support to a centralised Renewals team based in SW3. RENEWALS DUTIES: * Drafting and issuing tenancy agreements, memorandums of extension, general termination paperwork, tenant change addendums and legal notices (including section 21's) to landlords and tenants via email and post * Coordinating tenant referencing via online agency Homelet and other methods where required * Organising end of tenancy inventory checks and deposit returns for non managed Landlords * Updating Reapit and Proman internal software systems with progress notes and future task reminders (We will undergo a transition to a single CML (Radar) software system at the end of 2018). Further training will be provided * Issuing 90 day renewal reminders via emails/post and providing general administrative and telephone support * Maintain paperwork and procedures to a high standard in line with company practices and procedures. * Issuing invoices, processing card payments and chasing outstanding admin/rent payments where required * Assisting the wider team as required RENEWALS QUALITIES: * A highly organised individual with efficient and effective time management skills * Able to work in a busy and active environment * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail * General secretarial and administrative skills essential * A working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel and Outlook is required * Knowledge of lettings software including Reapit, AdobeSign, Homelet and CML(Radar) desirable but not essential * Ability to work in and support small and large team environments * ARLA qualification desirable but not essential * Working knowledge of Right to Rent legislation essential * Previous lettings administrator experience essential * Working knowledge of TDS deposit registration/deregistration procedures Responsibilities: RENEWALS ADMINISTRATOR, SW3 Working within the Renewals team the successful candidate will provide direct administrative support to a centralised Renewals team based in SW3.
