Overview
We are working with a major agency who are looking for an Account Manager to work onsite in Surrey with their client who are a global electronics business. The new Account Manager will work closely with stakeholders, suppliers and internal contacts to deliver services to their client professionally, to specification and on time. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver all company solutions. You'll be asked to develop relationships and maintain contact with suppliers and clients and be responsible for taking ownership of the relationship to develop it further. You'll also be required to negotiate costings and timescales for each job and select the most appropriate supplier. The role is based onsite in Chertsey at a major multinational electronics company for an immediate start. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide technical input and advice on Digital, Print, and Promotional projects as required Take briefs from the client including full spec details and deadline dates and manage projects from start to finish Suggest alternative options and innovation where possible and necessary Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge Brief suppliers on client requirement Deliver a high level of customer service Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to spec and on time Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of the client's services and work closely with the internal departments to provide them with digital services that compliment their print requirements Implement new methods and procedures as required Work as a team to deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting Ensure invoicing procedures are followed Attend meetings away from the client site as required Work with the Account Director to identify new business opportunities Ensure profit is maximised through analysis of performance Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLA's Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action Provide technical input and advice as required This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Account Exec who is ready to take the step up, to gain experience at a global brand.
