Overview
Global Consumer high-street restaurant brand seeks a strong Senior Analyst. This untapped giant in the UK is undergoing considerable investment into their Marketing strategy and team and it is a great time to join them. This is a fantastic role where you will use a mix of digital development, customer engagement and customer loyalty strategies to ensure maximum results across all digital channels - website, agencies, apps & 3rd party partners. You must be able to demonstrate strategic results across digital customer engagement and loyalty in large, complex consumer brands (QSR, Retail, Travel or Leisure). The role: Aggregate and perform analysis on business & consumer data Devise strategies to better use and collate customer data. Perform business analysis, identify trends and conduct root cause analysis of problems and suggest areas for improvement Program and maintain reporting procedures for the UK Marketing business teams The Candidate Ideally a minimum of 5 years relevant experience within a comparable industry (QSR, food & drink, Leisure, Retail, Travel) Ability to analyze large amounts of information and utilize multiple data sources to mine insights. Highly proficient in one or more analytics tools: such as SQL, Alteryx, R, Excel. Familiar with data visualisation tools such as tableau. Deep understanding of relational database concept. Ability to explain/present complicated/advanced analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences.
