Overview
My client a leading digital health agency is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work across a multiple of projects You will specialise in developing and delivering successful digital and platform-based projects in a full-service healthcare marketing agency environment and will be fully accountable for your projects; writing project scopes, estimating costs, highlighting risks throughout, and managing the timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of the project. As the Project Manager you will have direct and oversee completion of primarily digital and platform based projects and facilitate collaboration between your team members, whilst also providing strong leadership and mentorship to junior members and develop plans of action including schedule, resources and work plan. You will assess risks and establish contingency plans, be able to account for project, team and financial status on projects throughout ensuring healthy team dynamic, project and budget and manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders and be confident management of programmes of work from creative concepts through to delivery of tactics and work with external suppliers, driving timelines, flagging risks, thinking on your feet and keeping calm under pressure You will need to have 5 years of experience in project management and have Experience managing digital marketing-based projects, e.g. eDetails, sales, aids, emails etc and have demonstrable platform based work experience, e.g. website and CMS builds and along with experience with testing (matrix, UAT) You Must have healthcare marketing experience to be considered
