Overview
What you’ll do Work with our partners and agencies to deliver high-performing programmatic and social campaigns Take accountability for core KPIs, ensuring action is taken in the event of underperformance Ensure a high level of optimisation across all channels Be the main point of contact for all programmatic/social suppliers and agencies Proactively identify new opportunities to improve our overall marketing strategy, and identify any current weaknesses Oversee and resolve campaign QA reports ensuring accurate results and trafficking routines Effectively communicate programmatic strategy to the wider business, and work with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver several growth-related projects What you’ll need Practical understanding and experience in delivering programmatic campaigns from at least one DSP Practical understanding and experience in delivering paid social campaigns from at least one social ad platform Other experience in digital marketing (mainly paid search, affiliate marketing, CRM, SEO a plus) An avid interest in Programmatic, social media, digital marketing, and advertising Online trafficking experience, with Google Campaign Manager or similar campaign management systems (preferable, but not essential) Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and communication skills Great attention to detail Commercial awareness and business aptitude Strong results orientation and entrepreneurial spirit – reed.co.uk is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meaning each employee will be given responsibility and autonomy.
