Overview

The Rec Pool Group are now actively recruiting an experienced E-Mail Marketing Executive to build and schedule campaigns to drive lead generation. As the email marketing executive, you will work collaboratively with the head of digital and the sales team to implement the email marketing strategy for the organisation. You will use data and business intelligence to plan marketing activity with a specific focus on lead generation and website conversions. THE ROLE Use data and business intelligence to manage data-flow and send volumes Use product and audience insight to segment and build datasets for each campaign Develop the email marketing schedule in accordance with the product planner Build, schedule and report on all email marketing sends Develop and optimise product specific automated programmes Report on all email activity, drawing insightful conclusions for continuous optimisation Develop campaign specific landing pages to improve lead generation and website conversions Track and analyse website traffic flow to support with wider website optimisation projects Manage database and suppression list in accordance with GDPR and best practice Work collaboratively with marketing team to implement multichannel campaigns THE PERSON Hands-on experience working with email marketing platforms is essential; Adestra is advantageous HTML/CSS knowledge Experience with WordPress and building landing pages Knowledge and understanding of CRM systems; Salesforce is advantageous Strong knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics Good working knowledge of Excel Strong copy writing skills THE PACKAGE Competitive basic salary of £25K-£27K performance related pay
