Overview
Our client are a fast growing digital business. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Senior Designer. You’ll be responsible for • Bringing brand strategy to life creating campaigns for global clients together with cross-disciplinary internal teams • Brainstorming initial ideas, carrying them through to concept development and ultimately executing and producing design communications for diverse media with a focus on the craft of design • Assisting with pitches, from designing the creative route to auditing a competitive landscape • Making smart connections between what’s going on in the world and what our the business does for their clients To be successful you’ll need to • Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the industry • Be highly experienced in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - Additional tools are a bonus: motion, code, 3D, etc. • Have the ability to lead and direct other designers, bringing on the Junior Designers • Have proven knowledge in our core disciplines of graphic design, interaction design or motion graphics • Be well organized with good progress reporting skills. You Should • be a clear thinker that can deliver big ideas • be comfortable engaging with the strategic dimension of the work • be able to articulate your big ideas clearly at all levels, both internally and externally • be highly collaborative, able to build strong relationships within design and across the business • have strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation, utilizing new tools and techniques • be someone that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and support their peers.
