They are now looking for an Evaluation & Insight Director to join their Research & Insight team. This role will suit someone who has strong experience in both quantitative and qualitative experience, with a strong background in evaluation. The Role Reporting into the Head of Research & Insight, you will be leading, developing and delivering an evaluation strategy to the wider business, that will evidence the impact of standards across the organisation, sector and UK. As part of the Research & Insight team, you will partner your team in delivering high-quality standards, intelligence, market and industry research and insight. This is a senior role in the organisation, where you will be able to have real impact. Key Duties Include:- - Oversee, develop and deliver the impact assessment of the standards strategy - Devise and deliver research evaluation programmes, in line with company objectives - Utilise robust quantitative and qualitative data, that will support the impact of the standards - Working in partnership with the team, to understand how their research programmes can feed into the evaluation outputs - Understanding the data and drawing out key evidence to present back both internally and externally The Candidate - Ideally educated to degree level, with strong experience in working with and utilising evaluation methodologies, using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies - Experience of developing and establishing an assessment strategy, in line with company aims, will be useful to allow you to hit the ground running - The ability to build up relationships and work with a diverse range of stakeholders, collaborating will be key in this role - You will have a can-do attitude, and will be someone who enjoys problem solving and thinking of new ways to get things done - Proven track record in evaluating services
