This vacancy exists within Mi-Space Living Mi-space is part of the Midas Group of companies, specialising in affordable housing. Our Property Services division specialises in planned and reactive maintenance and the refurbishment of affordable housing. We are committed to improving and developing our people. As a Proposals Publisher, you will be a key member of the Mi-Space Preconstruction team working to provide a comprehensive, high quality document publishing and production service, including word processing, graphics and innovative design Key Role Challenges Responsible for the analysis of tender and pre-qualification document requirements; for the completion of relevant sections of tender and pre-qualification documentation, writing effective and engaging copy to provide responses and effective liaison with operational and commercial teams for the specialist sections, to create a compliant bid. Produce high quality tender and pre-qualification documentation to agreed programmes and deadlines, using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (the latest Midas approved version of the Adobe Creative Suite). Continually looking to improve documents in terms of information content and presentation. Manage and maintain a library of generic information that can be referred to and updated as the business progresses. See below. Manage and maintain details of corporate identity and house styles when preparing submission documents. Consistently review and advise on potential improvements of bid documentation to create differentiation in line with company and customer objectives. Produce high quality documents and presentations for interviews and marketing material requirements, using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (the latest Midas approved version of the Adobe Creative Suite) and PowerPoint. Adoption, maintenance and development of document templates to allow fast, accurate document production. Maintain a record of all submissions including deadlines, noting key information such as reasons for win/loss, competition, key aspects of bid so that information can be referred to for comparison. As support to our on-going business development, identify and be pro-active in finding construction or fit-out opportunities where we can develop our identity further within the community. Library Management To include, but not limited to: CVs, including new starters Project data sheets and images Operational Procedures Health & Safety Policy and Statistics Technical Procedures Sector Experience General Liaise with other document publishers across the Group, offering advice, technical support, guidance and design ideas/solutions. To assist other Group Divisions under the direction of the Divisional Directors/Line Manager. To undertake, from time to time, designated project work under the direction of the Divisional Directors/Line Manager(s). You will be required to perform other reasonable duties at the request of senior staff.
