Industry Sector: PayTech / FinTech / Mobile Payments / Direct Carrier Billing / Mobile Billing Eximius have partnered with rapidly growing, leading software company specialising in Bulk SMS, Enterprise Telecommunication products, Mobile Billing platforms & gateways. The mobile billing business enables merchants, mobile and online service providers, mobile content providers and other mobile payment providers to charge a mobile user for digital goods and services directly to their mobile phone account. Their product enables this by utilising technologies including Direct Carrier Billing (DCB), Premium SMS and Mobile Money (Mobile Wallet). Their core markets today are the UK, Kenya, Ghana and South Africa. Our clients are globally based. The business is looking for a vibrant, outgoing Account Manager to support the sales function of the business with a focus on servicing our recently contracted and existing clients. By providing the highest level of service and account management support you will allow their new partners to leverage the payments platform and billing gateways via API or their online portal to grow their mobile billing revenue. The role will report into the Director and will liaise each day with their Business Development, Operations and Technology teams split across multiple offices (London, Guernsey, Melbourne, Cape Town, Nairobi). Account Manager Responsibilities; • With the assistance of your manager create and manage an account management plan to ensure regular and daily communication (call, skype, email, video conference and face to face meetings) with all new clients. • Gain a deep understanding of your client’s business and assist them with the Portal, API and platforms so that they grow their Mobile Billing revenue. • Keep internal management systems, CRMs, team online workspaces up to date and communicate with the wider team. • Contribute to monthly company meetings • Provide valuable feedback & updates at weekly team meetings. • Remove barriers that are preventing new clients from reaching their revenue potential. Account Manager Skills • 1 year experience in an account management role. • Ideally exposure to either, premium SMS, mobile billing, mobile payments or online payments/e-commerce. • Experience in an online or mobile business is an advantage. • Exceptional communication skills and a customer champion. • A natural 'peopleperson’. • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic evolving tech business environment. Desirable Skills • Candidates with bilingual or multilingual ability will be seen as an advantage but not essential for the right candidate. • An interest or any previous personal involvement in the charity sector would also been seen as an advantage.
