Overview
This is one of the UK's known Residential Developers. Having won prestigious awards for their properties and delivering on excellent marketing campaigns to promote their schemes. They now have a new opportunity to for anyone passionate about marketing and ready to grow in the property space With the guidance of an experienced marketing team, you will work on some of the largest developments across London. Key Responsibilities: Update relevant marketing assets and collateral such as emails, digital and print advertising, signage, events, CGIs, brochures, apps, floor-plans and photography Ensure that all our Sales teams are informed and engaged with current and forthcoming marketing and site launch activity. Maintain and update website content Deliver administrative support to the divisional marketing team Responsible for marketing activities match the relevant regulation and company standards Oversee internal and external communications channels in terms of message, tone of voice and style You will provide relevant market research , competitor analysis and customer research Strong work practices to produce cost effective advertising. Provide ad hoc support to the wider marketing team as required Experience Required and Competencies: Minimum 1 years Marketing experience (within property). BA in Marketing or equivalent. Excellent communicator Must be highly organised Able to work on multiple tasks at a time and knows how to prioritise workload. Works well under pressure and able to use own initiative. Good attention to detail.
