Bids & Tenders Manager Are you an experienced Bids Manager looking for work in the surrey area? Are you looking to work for a marketing leading organisation who are leaders within there industry? Our leading Property industry client based near Sutton is seeking a proven Bids & Tenders manager to lead a bids team on a full time permanent basis. Working collaboratively with highly successful Business development executives across the UK, key internal stakeholders and operations managers, you will be responsible for managing an opportunity from qualification through to contract award, including value proposition / strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, essential services identification, and risk management. Leading company with ambitious growth strategies Industry leading company benefits and competitive salary packages Structured successful business with extensive recourses £Neg dpending on experience Duties Include: Oversee and Project manage Bid management and tender support for sales opportunities generated by the business Collate, manage and Evaluating tender documents to meet client requirements Ensure thoroughness of written responses in all tender activity Working with the wider business, benchmarking of pricing and the qualitative and quantitative elements of bids and tenders. Other analysis and project work as required to help increase win rates Manage the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentations. They ensure all bid documentation is clear, concise and crucially compelling. Support the Business development executives with content for client sales pitches and formal proposals Source and co-ordinate design from the marketing team, to input, to ensure the visual standard of all documentation and presentation material is first class and eye-catching Manage and coordinate inputs from a variety of stakeholders, operations teams and senior management Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process Drafting the tailored written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award documenting feedback and utilising areas of improvement data Produce effective reporting to provide clarity and facilitate interpretation of our historical, current and future trends, to support a timely budgeting and planning process Develop and manage framework for Key Performance Indicators based on KPI plan for proposals Provide support in reviewing Bids and Proposals ensuring that they are in line with the business objectives Day to day management of junior team members such as Bids and Tenders Administrators Experience required: Experience of working with proposal development for successful proposals. Proven capacity to work on own initiative and with minimal or no supervision. High level of analytical, technical and numeracy skills Advanced IT skills, particularly Word & Excel Ability to influence at a senior level Excellent written and oral communication skills Good interpersonal skills and an understanding of customer care principles Ability to multitask, organise work effectively and meet deadlines Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with a wide range of people For further information on this exciting role, please apply today Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
