Overview
Exciting role for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Resource Manager to take charge of the resource of the whole studio with the support of a small team of Resource Managers. Working with some of London’s best talent, this Agency produces some world class work with an extensive and impressive client base, so a passion for producing the best Creative & Digital work as possible is a must. You will be key in the effective and commercial resource utilisation and cost saving so you will also need to be financially and commercially savvy. Along with the team, you will ensure a high level of service and transparency across all departments internally and often be the 'go to’ person for any queries or discrepancies. This role really is the back bone to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all projects. The role: The opportunity to input your vision and process on how resource across all disciplines is run in the agency You will allocate resource across creative, production, tech, digital, strategy, account management etc Oversee weekly schedule for departmental resources Work closely with heads of department re the current and future resourcing needs, ensuring efficient workflow at all times Identify and resolve any scope creep Work with the business directors on pitch resource Recruit and manage freelancers including completion of timesheets and all compliance documents and manage the freelancer budget Liaise closely with the finance team, operations and HR Resolve capacity constraints Report on resource plans, forecasts and freelance costs The person: Experience within a Creative Agency of some capacity a must. Knowledge of digital tech and process preferred Experience implementing new systems helpful but not vital Change management skills and works on initiative Strong stake holder management and conflict management when applicable Background in project management helpful Process driven & a strategical thinker Multi tasker Strong people skills as you will often be the 'go to’ person across the business Due to the high volume of applications we recieve we can only respond to candidates who match the brief.
